The Multitube CROSSFLO heat exchanger is composed of small-diameter corrugated tubes assembled inside an external jacket and welded onto tube plates on the crosscut side. It is equipped with a compensator which has been installed on the tube’s external jacketing. The product to be thermally treated flows into small-diameter tubes as service medium flows into the external jacketing. The Crossflo series heat exchangers are suitable for thermal exchange processing of industrial products with low or medium viscosity, even with particles. This heat exchanger is frequently used in CIP applications.

The Crossflo is typically manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel (other types of material are available on request). Standard pressure 12/16 bar (higher pressures are available depending on the connections used). Standard temperature up to 193°C. Various connection options are available: UNI DIN ANSI FLANGE
